The base game which is Dying Light was recently renamed to "Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition" with the release of The Following. So even if you got The Follow DLC or not, it will still be named that. It was renamed with the update and everyone got the enhanced content. Absolutely need to play the Following ad it's a continuation of the story of Harran and if you are going to get the new game when it releases, it's a must to complete the Following so you know where it ended for Harran.
